Refund Policy

Effective today.

1. Application Fees

Application processing fees, if any, are non-refundable once the application is processed.

2. Cancellation Before Disbursal

You may cancel your loan request before disbursal at no charge. Contact your assigned loan officer.

3. Cancellation After Disbursal

Once funds are disbursed, the loan agreement is binding. Prepayment is allowed without penalty.

4. Erroneous Charges

Verified erroneous charges will be refunded to your registered bank account within 7–10 business days.
